School Rules
  1. The school diary has to be brought to the school every day and Parents/Guardian should see the diary for remarks, circulars etc. and act accordingly.
  2. All students must regularly attend the school in full school uniform.
  3. Every student shall maintain a high standard of discipline.
  4. All students should wear only the prescribed school uniform on all school days and at all school functions. Students are permitted to wear fancy dress on their Birthdays and on Children's Day celebrations. Students with wrong uniform will not be permitted to attend the class.
  5. Student using self arranged transport (not personal vehicle) should reach the school five minutes before the morning assembly.
  6. Causing damage to the property or things belonging to others will result in disciplinary action or/and fine.
  7. Only prescribed textbooks as per the time table and library books are to be brought to the school. All copies should be prescribed school copies and should maintain well with a plastic cover over it. All students should use only ink pens. Ball pens, Pilot pens etc. are not allowed.
  8. No valuables/ornaments are permitted in the school.
  9. School is not responsible for goods lost by students.
  10. No child is permitted to bring any eatables without the permission of the Principal/Headmistress.
  11. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to meet students or teachers during school time. If a parent wants to meet his ward or the teacher, for whatsoever reasons, he/she should take prior permission from the principal/Headmistress.
  12. Students are not granted leave except in case of genuine medical problems for which medical certificate from the school Doctor/Competent authority is to be submitted.
  13. No students will be permitted to leave the school during school hours on the basis of written request. Parents/Guardian should come personally to the school in case of emergency.
  14. Students who absent themselves form class days must bring a note of explanation on the following day in the school diary and submit it to the Principal/Headmistress before entering the class.
  15. Name of those students who absent themselves from the school without prior permission/information for a period exceeding 10 consecutive days will be removed from the school record. Fresh admission fee will be charged for re-admission.
  16. Students who suffer from infectious diseases should not attend the school until they are completely cured. Fitness certificate from a registered doctor/school doctor is mandatory before attending regular classes.
  17. Students should always speak ENGLISH language inside the school campus.
  18. Transfer certificate, Conduct Certificate and Progress Report will be issued only after clearing school dues (if any).
  19. Students are not allowed to be absent on the closing day/reopening day or whenever there is a school function.
  20. The intended withdrawal of a pupil should be made known to the office in writing one calendar month in advance otherwise one month's fee will be charged.
  21. Disciplinary action will be taken against those who violate these rules. In all cases Principal's decision will be final.
  22. A student whose behavior is injurious to the moral tone of the school or is incompatible with good discipline is liable to be removed from the school.
  23. The Principal reserves the right to expel any student who in his opinion deserves such an action.
  24. Under no circumstances an expelled student will be re-admitted.
  25. The Principal reserves the right to cancel, add or amend any school rules.
     Examination and Promotion
Internal assessments and terminal examinations are conducted to evaluate the students in their knowledge of the various subjects of instruction made already available to them. Equal weightage is given to all terms upto class V and promotion upto the same level is strictly based on these assessments/exams.

Class VI and above will have four unit tests and two semesteral examinations during the academic year. 50-percentage weightage is given to unit tests and 50 percentage to semesteral Examinations.

A child who secures 40 percent and above in a subject is declared passed in that particular subject. Promotion to the next class requires from a student to get through all major subjects (i.e. English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science. Social Science, Computer Science & third language). Promotion of any extraordinary case will be at the discretion of the Principal.

Students who fail twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue their studies in the school.

No student shall be eligible to take the final examination unless he/she has completed 75 percentage of attendance, counted from the opening day of the academic session to the first day of the month proceeding the month in which the Examination commences. Those students who opt for a subject involving practical work shall be required to have 75 percentage of the total attendance of practical work in the laboratory.

No retest will be conducted for those who absent themselves from any test/examination. However average mark of a subject is granted to a child who could not attend any examination due to severe illness for promotion. The marks awarded in such cases will not be considered for deciding ranks/academic awards, but only for promotions.

"Class First" badges and Academic Excellence certificates are awarded to students on the basis of their total marks scored in all the major subjects if they score more than 40 percentage in all available subjects.

Results of those students who have not cleared any kind of school dues will be withheld and the same shall be released only on clearing the dues and obtaining permission from the office.

Once the result is declared, the Principal's office will not entertain any kind of request or submission in favour of the promotion of a detained case. Principal's decision regarding promotion is final and irrevocable.
     Boarding Rules
  1. Students once admitted to the boarding will not be permitted to leave the hostel and become day scholars during the same academic year.
  2. Students should bring their own bedding and other items as per the list given by the warden.
  3. Students should keep their bed neat and clean.
  4. All Boarders should maintain a high standard of punctuality, discipline and behavior.
  5. Boarders are allowed to meet visitors whose photographs are submitted to the hostel warden by the Parents/Guardian. All 4th Sundays from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon is fixed as visiting hours.
  6. All correspondence with the residential wing should be addressed to the Principal/Warden.
  7. Students are not permitted to keep any valuable items/ornaments/cash with them. The same can be deposited with the Warden and obtain a receipt. School is not responsible for goods or any item lost by the students.
  8. Hostel will remain closed during summer vacation.
  9. Local Parents/Guardians are allowed to take their wards home during important festivals and small vacations with prior permission from the Principal.
  10. All Boarders should report to the warden latest by 6:00 P.M. on the day prior to the opening of the school.
  11. Boarders will be sent/received only with Parents/Guardians.
  12. All Boarders should follow the school/Boarding rules and regulations strictly.
  13. A report of misconduct/bad behavior, obtained from the warden about an inmate will follow severe disciplinary action against the student with intimation to the parents.
  14. Students found using or possessing drugs or any kind of sedative medicines will be dismissed from the boarding and will be expelled from the school at once. Principal's decision will be final and irrevocable in this regard.
  15. The Principal reserves the right to suspend/expel a student from the boarding without assigning any reason.
  16. Parent/Guardian can change their wards from boarding to day boarding after the completion of an academic year. Such intended changes to be made known to the warden/School office in writing three months in advance otherwise three months boarding fee will be charged.
  17. The Principal reserves the right to alter, delete, cancel or add any boarding rule.
